What is included in the setup?

VenueBot is not handed over as empty software for your team to configure from scratch.

Our setup is a guided, white-glove onboarding process built around three core meetings.

The first meeting focuses on your current technology and integrations. We look at your existing systems, domains, website forms, social media accounts, email addresses, Gmail or Outlook setup, and any tools already involved in your enquiry journey. This helps us understand how your venue currently works and what needs to be connected.

The second meeting focuses on the project plan. Our goal is that within the first 30 days, your venue has a platform that can start delivering a clear and immediate return on investment. Typically, this begins by implementing your venue knowledge base and nurture sequences, so every new lead is handled properly, responded to quickly and nurtured with more consistency.

That is not where the work stops. Once the first phase is live and embedded, we continue developing the system over the following months, releasing new features, improvements and benefits in a structured way rather than overwhelming your team all at once.

The third meeting focuses on staff training. Although VenueBot is designed to automate as much of the enquiry journey as possible, your team still needs to feel confident using the system, managing conversations, reviewing opportunities and staying in control of the process.

VenueBot is not a typical set-it-and-forget-it SaaS platform. It is also not a system where you pay thousands in professional services fees and still have to manage everything yourself. Individual modules are also available for venues that want to start with one specific capability. Convert is £497 per month, Care is £497 per month, and Studio AI is £197 per month as a standalone option.

Studio AI is included free when a venue takes Convert and Care together. Usage charges for SMS, WhatsApp, AI and related services may apply.
